Remember the Disney animated film Ratatouille with his tribe's only foodie rat who finds himself teaming up with a clerk named Luiguini to rehabilitate a star restaurant of the late chef Gusteau? Do you remember that unique multi-layered cylinder-shaped ratatouille recipe that made many people salivate?
I had thought for a long time that it would be nice to take inspiration from this recipe and adapt it to offer it to my family. The "miracle" wanted it to be last Monday that the idea came to me to take action against all odds. I had to immortalize the result by photographing it and painting it, as if this day and this event in particular were to be marked with a white stone. Here is the result which, according to the first feedback, seems rather successful. And you, does that make you want???
